Kirkwood, MO: In April, the U.S. Department of War announced EWR Radar Systems has been awarded a $17,354,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for contractor logistics support and maintenance. This contract provides for contractor logistics support and maintenance of EWR’s E700 portable doppler radar systems currently fielded by the United States Air Force. Work will be performed in St.Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed by April 1, 2032. This contract was a sole source acquisition.
This new PDR CLS contract began immediately upon the expiration of the previous CLS contract, also held by EWR. Under the contract, EWR will provide contractor logistics support for the 47 currently fielded Portable Doppler Weather Radar Systems (E700XD).
