Portable vs. Fixed Installation

Portable radar systems provide flexible, rapidly deployable weather monitoring that can be relocated as mission needs change. Fixed radar installations can provide greater coverage, and long-term operational stability. Portable is best for: temporary deployments, emergency response, research, special events, and remote locations.
